Ordering

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the prices shown at the time you order. Delivery charges are shown in the basket before payment. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Products

Signs are supplied to the size, material and wording shown on the product. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. Fixings are not included unless stated. Signs support workplace controls; they do not replace a suitable and sufficient risk assessment, fire risk assessment or professional advice. You are responsible for choosing signs appropriate to your premises.

Delivery and risk

Cancellation and returns

See our returns and cancellation page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your consumer rights. Otherwise our liability to business customers is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
