Returns and cancellation

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us at hello@safetyproducts4u.com and we will replace it or refund you, including any return postage. This applies to all customers and is in addition to the rights below.

Changed your mind (consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us to cancel, then return the items within 14 days in unused condition. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.

Signs made to your own wording or specification cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or misdescribed.

Business customers

For orders placed by a business, unwanted standard items may be returned within 30 days by agreement, unused and in their original condition. A restocking charge of up to 20% may apply and return carriage is at your cost. Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

Always email us first. We will confirm the return address, which may be our fulfilment partner's, and give you a reference. Please do not return items without a reference as they may not be matched to your order.
