Jason Misters (Safety Products 4U) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@safetyproducts4u.com.

What we collect and why

• Orders: name, email, delivery address, order contents and payment status. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. Shared with Stripe (payment) and our fulfilment partner (only what is needed to dispatch your order). Kept for six years for tax and accounting.
• Enquiries and quote requests: the details you give us in the form. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in answering you. Kept for 12 months after our last contact.
• Basket and postcode: stored in your own browser only, so your basket survives a refresh. Not sent to us until you request a quote or pay.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data, run advertising trackers, or add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask. We do not see your card details; Stripe handles those.

Where it is stored

Our systems are hosted by Vercel and Supabase. Email is sent through Resend. Each is contracted under UK GDPR-compliant terms.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
